Just A Patient, Or Something More?

Dr. Jennifer "Jenna" Darling walked into the waiting room and pick up a patient file with a smile on her face. She knew if Kimberly was working this case would have gone to her, but she wasn't, so this was hers. "Mr. DiBiase?" Jenna said. "You can come on back now."

Ted got up and walked into the back looking for his sister

"If you're looking for Kimberly she isn't here, she has today off," Jenna said.

Ted nodded walking into the room and sitting down

Jenna smiled. "My name is Dr. Darling, but you can call me Jenna if you like," she said. "What's brought you to our Emergency Department today?"

Ted smiled at her before answering "Its my shoulder."

"May I ask which shoulder exactly?" Jenna asked.

"Left."

"Alright, can you move it at all?" Jenna asked.

"I can move it some, but then it just sends a sharp pain threw my body."

Jenna nodded. "Alright, let's see what we've got here." she said, gently pressing around the injured area.

He hissed when the pain hit

Jenna sighed. "Doesn't seem like you've torn anything or this would be a lot worse," she said. "It looks to me like a mild sprain."

He nodded

"I can give you something for pain, but that's really about it."

"thanks."

Jenna nodded, scribbling down a prescription.

Ted got down and put his jacket on

Jenna handed him the prescription. "If you need anything else you can call here, or there is a number on the header to reach me directly."

He nodded "Jenna" he said walking out

"Yes?" Jenna asked.

"Maybe we could hang out sometime."

Jenna smiled. "That sounds great."

Ted gave her his number "call me."

Jenna smiled and nodded.
